Buttermilk Gel

500g - Buttermilk
1tsp - Salt
7g - Agar Agar

Whisk everything together in a pot. Bring the mix to the boil while whisking. Cook for 2 mins the pour into a container to set (1 Hour). Dice the jelly up then puree in a food processor.
